Before joining Great Lakes Pump, I spent over 25 years in accounts payable in the healthcare and food industry.  This is my first experience both in the fluid management industry and working as an Expeditor. The attention to detail needed for accounting has transferred well to the expediting role. I follow up on order acknowledgments, ship dates, and shipment tracking. I get the opportunity to work hands-on to help customers get their pumps and process products as quickly as possible. 

I like the group of people I work with.  We have a lot of long-time employees and it feels more like a big family. My days are busy following up on open orders, but my coworkers keep it fun–I feel like I’m always laughing.
